- Install closets, cabinetry, and other storage solutions in clients' homes
- Conduct in-home installation repairs, as needed
- Adhere to schedule for all jobs with punctuality
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Ensure job quality is exceptional in all installations
- Modify system components, as needed, to ensure a visually perfect installation
- Cut, trim, and install base and crown molding to fit installation requirements
- Complete and submit installation paperwork on a daily basis
- Communicate clearly and honestly with customers and colleagues, verbally and in writing
- Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee the work of and provide on the job training to the assistant installer
- Comply with and follows all safety regulations
- Safely operate a 16 foot box truck
- Oversee the delivery of job material inventory and ensure job sorting is done correctly for each job
- Identify and communicate efficiency improvements inside a warehouse
- Ability to work 4 10-hour shifts per week (Monday through Thursday)
- Monitor consumable parts inventory and request replacements as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Leadership experience: 2 years preferred
- Construction/carpentry/cabinetry experience: 5 years required, 5-10 years preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
- General construction and tool use knowledge
- Able to lift and maneuver over 50 pounds
- $28-$35 starting wage rate based on experience in the field
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
